At Zinga UK, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy follows your legal rights under UK consumer law, as well as our terms for returns due to damage or other issues.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging where possible.

Proof of purchase (e.g. invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds or Replacements

If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement - your choice.
