Zinga is the mainstay of the product range and is the principle subject of this website. Zinga is available in 1, 2, 5, 10 and 25 kg tins aswell as in spraycans (Zingaspray). Although highly versatile it is not able to solve every problem so for particular applications there are other products within the range that can help.
Zingasolv is the recommended thinner to be used with Zinga when spraying. It can also be used for cleaning when using Zinga.
Aquazinga is a water based two component zinc silicate. It is considerably harder than Zinga and is able to resist much higher temperatures, up to 600C. Also Aquazinga has a much higher tolerance for hot oils and chemical attack and is ideally suited for use on refinery hardware. However, unlike Zinga, Aquazinga requires a dry surface for application and is less flexible under bending loads.
Aluspray is a finishing coat which only comes in spray cans. When applied to Zinga it gives a satin finish of pure aluminium and is solely used for aesthetical purposes.
Zingalu Spray is a cross between Zingaspray and Aluspray containing a small amount of aluminium but still consisting of predominately zinc. It provides a brighter finish than Zinga but offers slightly less corrosion protection.
Alufer N is a single component polyurethane intermediate coat which can be applied over Zinga or Aquazinga to provide vastly increased chemical resistance.
Alufer WR is very similar to Alufer N but is a topcoat which has been designed to resist ultraviolet weathering as well as chemicals.
