Zingametall in Belgium supply an unlimited shelf-life
guarantee for the Zinga in an unopened container stored at room temperature
and away from sources of moisture.
The production process is regularly inspected by the BBA (British Board of Agrement) and SGS (Societe Generale de Surveillance) in order to ensure that the product does at all times meet the pre-defined standards.
As a result of the above, Concordia are able to provide product liability insurance against physical, material and immaterial damage. This policy basically insures the quality of the Zingametall products but does not apply in case the damage is caused by, for instance, a wrong application or insufficient surface preparation.
For complete peace of mind the user can subscribe to an optional Insurance Backed Guarantee via SGS Axa-Med (www.sgsaxamed.be).
They will inspect the individual projects and, if approved, write a suitable specification and scrutinise the whole
process from surface preparation onwards. The period of the guarantee is dictated by the chosen insurance underwriter and is dependent on the type of project, environment etc. The cost of this cover typically represents 4% of the
total Zinganisation costs.
