Dorbras Civil Engineering (Brazil)
Pictures of the fixation plates installed by the railway company Dorbras in Brazil. Dorbras was looking for a solution to the oxidation of the metal plates that were used for attaching rails onto crossbeams. In April 1999 approx. 45,000 zinganised fixation plates were installed. A Zinga layer of 80 µm was applied to each plate by spray gun.

According to information received in October 2000, there were still no traces of corrosion on the treated surfaces, even though these plates are constantly in contact with the concrete block at the end of each crossbeam and they are slightly shaken each time a train passes on the tracks.

Duesseldorf Airport (Germany)
Pictures of the application of ZINGA on steel structures of the Düsseldorf Airport in 1990 and testimonial letters to confirm its performance.

N.B. Kaltzink 300 is the trade name for Zinga in Germany.

Eden Project (UK)
The Eden Greenhouse Dome is a biological theme park in St. Austel. It is the biggest greenhouse in Europe for plants and insects from tropical countries. The constant heat and humidity were the reasons for choosing hot-dip and Zinga instead of conventional paint systems. Consultants: Anthony Hunt and Associates. For aesthetic reasons the Zinga was over-coated with a vinyl aluminium paint.

Schwenk Concrete Factory (Germany)
30 tonnes of Zinga was used on this major construction project in 1992.

Vancouver Congress Centre (Canada)
Zinga was applied on the fixation points where the canvas that forms the roof of the congress centre is attached to the ground.

ZDF (Germany)
Pictures of the 100 ton steel construction by ZDF (Zweites Deutsches Fernsehen), coated with Zinga in 1997.
